EasyCatalog lets you import different types of data, including Excel or CSV files. Moreover, you can connect to different systems such as Akeneo, Odoo, Microsoft Business Central, Compano, Pimcore, Sharepoint, Plytix and more, via JSON/XML feeds (or ODBC/MySQL).
You can even link different sources together, for example connecting product data to price tables via a unique ID. This way, data is easily retrieved and merged.
To import images into EasyCatalog, you can place them locally on your computer or on a file server. The images can be located in different subfolders, EasyCatalog can automatically locate and import them.
Another option is to include a link to the image in your data. At the time of generation, EasyCatalog will automatically ‘download’ the most recent images, so you will always use the most up-to-date visuals.
We help set up the system and create custom templates. After successful implementation, we offer training so you can get started yourself. You only need to update the licences annually. Optionally, you can also opt for a maintenance contract for ongoing support.

The standard lead time is 2 months after approval of the offer, provided all info/data is available.
After automatically generating a catalogue, you can retrieve its page number per article on the page. You can then use these page numbers to create a table of contents or an index, or a table of contents per chapter, etc…
Naturally, we can then link these to the correct page (in the case of a pdf).
Templates are formatted in InDesign and define the appearance of your product(s). A template can be a full page or spread (e.g. for technical data sheets), but also a simple product block that is repeated in your document.
Multiple templates can be created, after which EasyCatalog automatically chooses the most suitable one depending on the chapter or other criteria. The logic you can apply is endless, ensuring that repetitive data can be created and modified quickly.
The following barcodes and QR codes can be generated automatically (i.e. they do not have to be created separately first!):
EAN13, Data Matrix and QR code are the most commonly used codes.

EasyCatalog has a powerful ‘grouping’ function. This allows products to be bundled by chapter/subchapter/category/product group/…
Products that are available in different variants (colour, sizes, weight, dimension, content, …) can be bundled, so that e.g. one picture is displayed, together with a table of the different variants.
